  How to Order

1. Request a quote. Issue an RFQ through the SEWP Quote Request Tool and select TBM Inc. under Category B, Category C, or both, or contact TBM directly.
2. Issue the delivery order. Your agency's procurement office issues the delivery order, referencing the applicable TBM contract number: 80TECH26D0502 (Category B) or 80TECH26D1611 (Category C).
3. Kick off. The SEWP Program Management Office processes the order and forwards it to TBM. TBM then coordinates kickoff and onboarding with your COR.

  Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes

Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.

Request a quote or service information

Please include your agency, a description of the requested services, the anticipated period of performance, place of performance, and requested response date. Agencies may also issue an RFQ through the SEWP Quote Request Tool and select TBM Inc. under Category B, Category C, or both.

Order status or delivery issue

Please include the order number and SEWP tracking number, if available, with a brief description of the issue.

Technical, warranty, or post-delivery support

Please provide the order number, affected service or item, issue description, and the best way to reach you.

TBM will direct each inquiry to the appropriate sales, program, or support contact.
